I work a little differently than most agents. I think of myself as more of a real estate consultant than a salesperson and I focus on three things:
1. I consult by asking provocative questions. I then listen intently to those answers,….then filter those answers back through 26 years of experience and about 800 transactions. After I do that, I offer the best advice I can, so that clients reach their goals
2. I negotiate on behalf of the client as if their money were my money. I’m a “pit bull.”
3. I oversee all of the transactional details. Every “T” has to be crossed and every “i” has to be dotted, in a timely and effective manner.
I do all of that and I am where “the buck stops.”
